The book hawker who wished me 'Happy Reading", first time ever in my life.

It was one evening when I took a little tour to a local market, walking through I saw the hawkers settled with both the sides of the path. The master were tightly tied to their seats with voice pitching to attract customers to sell their all goods displayed on the table. With little droplets from the sky it was not an easy task for them to glue customers, as they all were in hurry to leave for their home and also to prevent themselves from wetting up to the skin. While surpassing most of the stalls, I was bound to hooked by the book stall. With piles of books displayed I was followed by the greediness of so many thoughts running in veins of my mind. So many books with so many stories I wished to read them all. But all I had to do was to select one or two amongst the pile. It was forty minutes past when I started brushing my eyes on many books, I noticed that from past ten minutes i was holding one book in my left fist. And by that time I knew that my hand had already did the job for me and my mind didn't had to work any longer for choosing one amongst all.

The author's name was of course new to me. I never had heard her name before. So i thought it would be a all new experience to read a unknown. It was Dilly Court. As soon as I asked the staler to wrap the book in a old newspaper as if i would be taking it. He came up with three others of Dilly Courts. But I said I would like to finish it first before you ask me to buy all different editions of an unknown author. He slipped the books to side table made up of piled books and took the book from my hand which I had selected from his entire collection. I paid him the bucks he owned and he with a sweet smile in face wrapped the book in an old newspaper and and handed it over to me wishing me "happy reading, ma'am. Do come back for some more of her, you will definitely love it." He was the first ever book staler who wished me happy reading. I smiled him back and said "definitely I will." I left the stall and hurried to get back home soon so that I can start reading on the new author. It was like if I was a five year girls who fantasied playing with her new doll. I turned my heels and started walking with all curiosity in my mind.
